To ensure you always receive the freshest roast, our subscriptions follow a monthly renewal cycle. Subscriptions renew on the 1st of every month, with orders dispatched within the first week of the month.

• Order by the 8th of the month:
  Your first order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Your subscription will then renew on the 1st of the following month, with your next order dispatched within the first week.
  Example: Order on 3 April → First order dispatched as soon as possible → Renews 1 May → May order dispatched within the first week of May.

• Order after the 8th of the month:
  You’ve missed the current month’s roast cycle. Your first order will be included in the following month’s batch and dispatched within the first week of that month.
  Example: Order on 30 April → First order dispatched within the first week of May → Next renewal 1 June → June order dispatched within the first week of June.

This schedule allows us to roast and prepare each batch fresh before dispatch.
